Strands of complication and the balloon D

This is one of the more unusual structures, I found on my journey across  the constellation of Cygnus. July and August 2016. I suspect this is the delicate imprint of an ancient supernova at work. This structure may well be a new discovery as I can find no reference to it existence anywhere.  Any Planetary Nebula experts out there,  please chime in. :)
